  1. Can I see an apartment?
    Please call to see if one is available or once offered an apartment you can make an appointment to see specific apartment. They can be visited Monday – Friday, 9:30AM – 3:30PM.

    Yes, if you follow our procedure.
  4. Is it a 12 month lease?

  6. How many people can be on one lease?
    Four for the three bedroom.
    Three for the two bedroom.
    Two people for one with study.
    Two for the one bedroom.
  7. How can I hold an apartment?
    A half a month’s rent will hold a unit we have offered you. We must verify the information on your application first.
  8. How many vehicles can I park?
    Each person on the lease may park one vehicle that is registered to them or their guarantor.
  9. Do I need a guarantor?
    If you do not have any rental experience or if you do not meet the minimum income requirements.
  10. What is required to move in?
    Security Deposit equal to one month’s rent and the first month’s rent less your payment to hold the apartment.
  11. I have paid my portion and my roommates have not paid. Can I move in?
    No. Everyone is responsible jointly and severally. We cannot determine how each household has chosen to divide payments.
  12. Do you have a cockroach or bed bug problem?
    No. We do a preventative treatment for cockroaches annually. A certified bed bug dog inspects all apartments about thirty days before a new lease starts to be certain there are no problems.
  13. Is there bus service to the property?
    Yes. PVTA serves two central locations within the property with a free bus. Their number is 1-413-586-5806.
  14. Who handles utilities?
    Cable TV is Comcast, 1-888-633-4266.
    Local telephone service is Verizon, 1-800-980-9999.
    Electricity is with Western Massachusetts Electric Company, 1-800-286-2000.
