PAYMENTS:
Before moving in a Security Deposit (equal to one month's rent), and the First Month's Rent must be paid.
If your household does not meet the minimum income requirements (35% of income), investments must be shown to cover the deficit or a guarantor
will be required whose income exceeds their expenses.
A deposit of ½ months rent will be required once an apartment is offered. Should applicant withdraw after deposit is received the first $100 of this deposit is non-refundable and will be used as an Administrative Fee; a proportional amount of the balance will be returned if the unit is rented within 30 days. No money is due upon application.
