In an abundance of caution and in response to current events, we would like you to take the time to read this important notice.
Beginning March 23, 2020, in accordance with CDC and HUD guidelines, we are limiting contact between our staff and residents. Office hours will vary during this time. Our phones will be covered by our answering service.
We have put the following guidelines in place:
► Maintenance – Please call the office for all maintenance issues at 413.549.0145. If you are not feeling well, please let us know so we can access your apartment in a safe manner.
► Rent – please utilize our on-line system Zego by Pay Lease (if you have not set up your PayLease Account, please call the office for your Account number), mail a check or money order, or drop your check off in our secure mail slot located to the left of our office door. We would like to avoid cash payments.
► Please scan/email or fax any correspondence. If you need to come to the office, please utilize our Service Window located to the right of our office door.
► Lease Transfer Appointments – Please call the office for guidelines.
► Laundry Rooms will remain open and will be sanitized twice a day by Puffton Village Maintenance.
